Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) continues to strengthen its strategic network with industry through the signing of three important documents in conjunction with the Festival Idea Putrajaya (FOI) 2025, held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) on 4 November 2025. The ceremony witnessed the exchange of a Letter of Intent (LoI) between UPM and Biotropics Malaysia Berhad, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between UPM and Digital Nasional Berhad for the 5G Network Coverage for UPM AI Sandbox project, as well as an Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement between UPM and QKAZ Kuantera Sdn. On 19 December 2025, the Universiti Putra Malaysia Academic Staff Association (PPAUPM) held the Appreciation Ceremony & Appointment of New Faculty Representatives for the 2025/2027 Session at UPM Golf. The ceremony was organised as a gesture of appreciation to the previous session’s faculty representatives for their commitment and contributions throughout their term of service, while also celebrating the appointment of new faculty representatives for the 2025/2027 session. The program also served as a platform for networking between faculty representatives and the association, fostering closer relationships and strengthening collaboration. Our highest appreciation and sincere thanks go to all faculty representatives who have served with great dedication.
